A Case of Idiopathic Osteoarthropathy

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of idiopathic osteoarthropathy (pachyder,roperioeotsis), aged 19 year-old korean boy, is reported.
In this case clinical findings such as clubbing fingers, furrowing of the skin over the face and painless swelling of wrist and ankles were noticed.
The differentiation between this syndrome and acromegaly and its relation to hypertrophic pulmonary arthropathy are also discussed.
